CMC scores 89% for customer satisfaction

 

CMC has received a highly recommended status as part of the 2014 Australian Achiever’s Awards for the Australian Cleaning and Maintenance Services and Supplies category.

 

Now in its seventeenth year, the Australian Achiever Awards is an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’s own customers.

 

CMC’s Chief Executive Officer Paul McCann said that the organisation was pleased and proud of the outstanding result.

 

“This year we celebrate 20 years in operation and it is great to receive such positive feedback from our valued customers,” Paul said.

 

“It is part of our internal culture to ensure we work in partnership with our customers and provide the best possible service we can. To hear from our customers, and through an independent body, that we are achieving this is a testament to the hard work of our team at CMC.”

 

The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately, namely: time related service, addressing client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication and overall perception. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is  regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.

In my opinion, CMC Property Services are a professional organisation, who deliver a professional service. They always deliver on their promises in terms of the overall quality of their service and they provide value for money for those services. I deal with quite a few people within the business and they are all extremely professional and friendly in all the dealings I have had with them.
