Happy New Year from CMC

Happy New Year to all.
 
It is that time of the year for us to reflect on our achievements in 2015 and look forward to what we have planned for 2016.
 
We had a very productive 2015 with some new contract wins that have helped grow the business, but more importantly have taken CMC to another level of standing within the industry. 
 
CMC has truly become a leading, respected and innovative stakeholder in the cleaning and property services industry. 
 
We had many milestones in 2015 with some standouts such as the launch of our Rapid Response Division after an acquisition of an established emergency response company. CMC Rapid Response specialises in emergency storm, flood and fire restoration. 
 
During the year we held two very successful breakfast information sessions for our industry on Procurement Trends in Facility Management Services with a prominent key note speaker.
 
Our staff were nominated and won excellence awards at the BSCAA Industry Excellence Awards.
 
And we are most proud of the recognition we received at the FMA Industry Awards for Excellence, winning the Collaborative Partnerships Award with our client partners Cushman and Wakefield/Australia Post.
 
We finished off the year with our continued support of charity partner Very Special Kids with a donation of  $7,000 from our staff CMC Fundraising Café, which is an achievement that our staff are very proud of.
 
Looking ahead at 2016, I know that the year will truly be an exciting one. We have started with some new key staffing appointments in our Chief Financial Officer, Michelle and a restructure in our compliance area now managed by our new Quality and Compliance Manager, Alexandra both bringing years of experience to their teams.   
 
I believe that CMC is growing from strength to strength with the support of its staff, customers and suppliers. We have many projects and innovations planned for the coming year and look forward to sharing them.
