CMC scores a highly recommended 80% in Australian Achiever Awards

CMC has received a highly recommended status as part of the 2016 Australian Achiever’s Awards for the Australian Cleaning and Maintenance Services and Supplies category.

Now in its nineteenth year, the Australian Achiever Awards is an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’s own customers.

CMC’s Managing Director Elly Krommidas said CMC was both proud and pleased with the outstanding result.

“We believe this award and recognition is a true reflection of the hard work of our staff.”

“This is an independent body who has critiqued our customer service and operations and asked our customers about how they feel we operate. Achieving such a great result is very gratifying for us all at CMC,” Elly said.

 The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately, namely: time related service, addressing client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication and overall perception. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
