CMC launches its new-look Electronic Customer Relationship Management (ECRM) system

CMC’s ECRM is a bespoke software system that supports client and staff communications on cleaning and maintenance contracts.
ECRM has been in operation and servicing CMC for over ten years providing a link between clients and staff.


CMC’s Managing Director Elly Krommidas said that the first version of ECRM had been in need of an upgrade. 

“In 2015 we conducted a workflow and software analysis project of ECRM and found that it needed to undergo an overhaul and rebuild keeping it inline with todays design and usability benchmarks,” Elly said.

"ECRM version two (ECRMv2) uses is a new software architecture and incorporates updated application development resources allowing us to provide more flexibility to our clients customers, staff and other end users.”

"The new, all-encompassing application we have developed to go with our ECRM is more flexible, user friendly and can capture images, data and locations. We use this for cleaning quality inspections, maintenance inspections and also asset condition reporting."

"As this is not an off-the-shelf product and one that we have developed over a ten year period, we now have further flexibilities to tailor our technology to the needs of our clients, “ Elly said.
