CMC's ECRM gets a facelift

CMC’s Electronic Customer Relationship Management System (ECRM) is currently undergoing a major redevelopment.

CMC is working closely with an International software development team to upgrade ECRM and its core functionality to be more intuitive.

The redevelopment will involve integrating CMC’s current applications and further developing their function.

CMC’s Managing Director Elly Krommidas said that the six-month project will involve surveying customers, administrative and operational staff about the outcomes that they would like and integrating them into the system architecture.

"For the past nine years, we have continued to finesse and improve our workflows and integrate them into our ECRM so we can track information, requests, work orders and report to customers. ECRM is a bespoke system that we have created around the needs of our individual customers".

"This is an exciting phase of our ECRM development and working with our International partner means that we have global technologies available to integrate into our system," Elly said.

This week, CMC hosted Software Engineer Unni to kick off the development project.
